Q: I saw an item yesterday on the site and today it is not there. Where is it and can I still order it?
A: Our item selection is refreshed every day. If an item is no longer available through our supplier, the item is automatically taken off the site to avoid offering unavailable products. If the item does become available again, the item will automatically be added to the product selection.


Q: I entered the incorrect shipping address on my order. Can I change it?
A: Please call customer service at 1-800-324-9806 as soon as possible to change your order. We make no guarantee that an order can be updated after submission. By submitting your order, you are acknowledging the shipping address and all other provided information is accurate.


Q: What if my item is out of stock?
A: If an item is currently out of stock, orders will be filled stock is received. From time to time backordered items may become discontinued. If the item you've selected becomes discontinued, you will be offered either a choice of a comparable alternative replacement item (if available) or points refund to shop for another item(s).


Q: When will my order ship?
A: Except for in rare cases, all orders are shipped within 7 business days of order submission.
