Incentive Programs

The world of work is going through some fundamental shifts – particularly in the area of employer-employee relations. For many reasons – the rise of the knowledge economy, the changing nature of loyalty, and information technology to name a few – workers expect more from their employers than ever before. And the requests are new, as well. What sort of culture do you have? What is your relationship with your community? Is your workforce diverse? Is your community vibrant?

These questions and others are very different from the previous generation’s questions related to salary and stability. This new focus is most prominently led by Generation X – workers born from 1965 to 1981. They want a life and they expect you to care about that.

Boost was built with this new world of work in mind. It’s customizable. It's employer driven but employee focused. It’s focused on two key principles: Leveraging existing employee habits and automating communications.

Boost is customizable to reflect your corporate values and priorities. It’s also built to allow your employees to choose how they reward themselves for the behaviors you’re asking them to do. Let’s say that a different way: you set the priorities, they choose the reward, and everyone wins.

Boost is not an incentive program but, rather, a platform into which you can integrate or consolidate existing or new programs. This is a big deal, actually, because if you’re like most companies, you may have any number of existing programs – some of which are successful – but which are not coordinated throughout the enterprise. You may also have some limitations based on whether you have cash or points programs, or how employees spend their points.
