Pricing
Boost pricing has two components – a one time set up fee and the client’s ongoing program budget. Here is an overview of how these two components work. Set up feesSet up fees include all aspects of implementation as outlined in the Boost Implementation Schedule.Set up fees begin at $5,000 per program and can increase based on the following factors:
Direct expenses, such as approved travel expenses, are not included and are reimbursable. Client program budgetThis is set by the client as an annual budget to be spent by employees being rewarded for participation in the Boost Rewards program.Boost recommends clients set a minimum budget of $250 per employee per year. Industry averages can range from $400 to $800 or more per employee per year based on the industry and the nature of the program. Boost is a points-based program with a ratio of $0.25 per point.
