Performance Programs

Performance programs can be divided into two categories – sales and non-revenue related performance. Boost Rewards serves both kinds of performance programs. While sales performance traditionally focuses on commissions as an integral part of compensation and recognition, there has been a growing trend to reward sales activity and shorter term performance. Beyond annual sales meetings and travel packages for top performers, Boost Rewards has the ability to focus a sales team on the important work of activity plans and short term goals such as new product launches.

In the area of non-revenue related performance programs, we have identified the most common categories of performance measurement. For our customers' convenience, we developed 3 to 5 reason codes within each category as a starting point in building their performance program. As an integral part of successful incentive programs, we encourage our customers to regularly review their programs and consider changes to priority areas – rewarding behaviors across a range of priorities from quality and productivity to safety and innovation.
