Employee Access

Boost Rewards is a web-based incentive and recognition platform. Anywhere there is an Internet connection, participants can log in to our secure servers and check their account or shop for rewards.

In some cases, Boost customers have employees who work in manufacturing or plant environments with limited access to the Web during regular work hours. Boost has several options available in these cases.

Boost Rewards site

  • Boost Rewards kiosks – some clients choose to set up a Boost Rewards kiosk in a common area for employees to log in and check their accounts during work hours.
  • Home-based Internet access – in many cases, employees who do not have regular access to the Internet at work can use their home systems to log in and participate in the Boost from home or other PC with Internet access.
  • Text messaging – some employees will have no Internet access outside of work. For these employees, Boost offers text messaging capabilities to inform them when they have earned points. This can be an important addition to your program to ensure maximum participation.
