Budget Calculator

Setting a program budget can be one of the most challenging aspects of any incentive and recognition program for several reasons but the most important one is this: you must find the balance between being fiscally responsible and spending enough to influence the behaviors and get the results you want and need.

If the budget is too low will not sufficiently inspire your employees or stakeholders to act – if they work all year to improve their performance and wellness and, at the end, are rewarded with a pair of ear buds for their iPod, the program will lose credibility.

Another important factor in determining your budget is successfully identifying your priorities. Too many priorities will require higher budgets to accommodate all of the behaviors and activities associated with those priorities.

We’ve provided a practical tool to help you explore what your budget might look like with a Boost-powered program in place.
