Boost Rewards launches new “on the spot” reward solution(DAYTON) Boost Rewards, a division of Shumsky Enterprises, announced this week the launch of its latest version of Boost – “Boost on Demand™”. Boost on Demand is built around offering company managers the ability to reward employees at the moment of achievement and provides an immediate trophy to the recipient. Boost Rewards now offers its customers a patent pending immediate reward solution through the use of a trophy “token” called Cogz™. “Boost on Demand offers clients a smart alternative to gift cards,” said Shumsky CEO, Michael Emoff. “Cogz rewards carry points which are deposited into a reward bank by the employee once they achieve performance benchmarks set by their organization. Ideally, Cogz rewards can be collected and used to “build an even more visible trophy” using a system of magnets to connect to additional Cogz”. Once banked, points can be redeemed for product selected from thousands of items from their best in class gift product solution. Boost Rewards has teamed with Amazon.com to provide superior incentive and employee reward fulfillment through purchases of Amazon.com sourced inventory and by leveraging their fulfillment services. “Our clients have been looking for a simple and effective solution that does not require a pre-set budget, and a way to measure and capture critical data around the reward”, said Emoff. Incentive programs using gift cards are a multi-billion dollar industry and for many organizations, there is little to no tracking and reporting capabilities to understand their ultimate value. “The more recent focus is on ROI,” said Boost Director, Anita Emoff. “Boost on Demand provides critical tracking and reporting that, when implemented with customers’ measureable objectives, provides details on their program’s overall performance.” |
